Setup & Logistics

Setup is the day before. You'll get your booth number, the floor map and your load-in window by email at that point — booths must be set up and staffed 30 minutes before doors open on Saturday, November 14, 2026.

Market day at a glance

The day before
Setup. Your booth assignment, the floor map and your load-in window arrive by email — not before, so there is nothing to chase until then.
An hour before doors
Move your vehicle to the far end of the lot, so the closest parking belongs to shoppers.
30 minutes before doors
Booth fully set up and staffed. We can't take late arrivals once the market has started.
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM — the market
Stay open the whole day. No early teardown: a half-empty room in the last hour is unfair to the vendors beside you and to shoppers who came late.

Power at your booth

Electricity is an optional add-on, $50 flat, chosen when you book. If you didn't request an outlet there will be no power at your booth, so add it at booking if you need it. Bring your own extension cords, power strips, adapters and tape, and secure any cord that crosses a walkway.

The full terms

This is the vendor & sponsor agreement you accept at checkout, in full. A copy goes out with your receipt.

Setup, hours & teardown

  • Setup happens the day before the market. Booth assignments go out by email at that time, along with your load-in window — not before.
  • Your booth must be fully set up and staffed 30 minutes before doors open. We can't accommodate late arrivals once the market has started.
  • Stay open the whole day. No early teardown — a half-empty room in the last hour is unfair to the vendors beside you and to shoppers who came late.
  • Move your vehicle to the far end of the lot at least an hour before doors open, so shopper parking is closest to the entrance.

Your booth

  • One vendor per booth space, staffed for the full market.
  • We supply a few tables and chairs. Anything beyond that — additional tables or chairs, backdrops, and display pieces — is your responsibility to bring.
  • Stay inside your allotted footprint. If you need more room, book a second booth rather than spreading into a neighbour's space or the walkway.
  • This is a Christmas market — please decorate festively. It's a big part of why shoppers come.
  • If you've paid for electricity, bring your own extension cords, power strips, adapters, and tape, and secure any cord that crosses a walkway.
  • Pop-up canopies are for food vendors set up outside only. Every leg must be weighted with at least 20 pounds.
  • Take your trash and unsold materials with you. Anything left behind is billed back as a cleanup fee.

Disclosure & approval

  • List everything you intend to sell when you register. Your booking is approved on the basis of what you disclosed.
  • Anything you bring that wasn't disclosed may be turned away on the day, at our discretion.
  • Food and drink vendors get an extra look — we're balancing the line-up so the market isn't five booths of the same thing. Tell us exactly what you'll be bringing when you register.
  • We may decline a booking that doesn't suit the market's line-up, at our discretion.

What you can sell

  • No weapons or CBD products of any kind.
  • Nothing a family audience would reasonably find offensive. We reserve final say on this.
  • No alcohol may be sold at this market.
  • Indoor booths may not sell regular soda (canned, bottled, or any prepackaged soft drink), water, energy drinks, or barbecue. Drinks you prepare yourself — lemonade, dirty sodas, and other mixed drinks — are welcome. These rules don't apply to the outdoor food truck spots.
  • Tell us what food or drinks you're bringing when you register. Samples require a food permit or Food Handler's Certificate, and food trucks need all applicable permits.
  • We try to limit overlap between vendors selling similar products, but we can't guarantee you'll be the only one in your category.
  • Bring your own change. We can't make change for vendors during the market.
  • Sales tax on everything you sell is yours to collect and remit.

Payment & refunds

  • Booth fees are due in full at booking. Your space isn't reserved until payment completes.
  • Electricity is an optional add-on charged at booking. If you didn't request an outlet, there won't be power at your booth.
  • All sales are final — booth fees are non-refundable, including for weather, illness, or a change of plans. Please book only when you're certain.
  • The market runs rain or shine. If we ever have to cancel the event ourselves, we'll contact every vendor directly about next steps.
  • We can't predict foot traffic or your sales, and we don't guarantee either. How a day goes depends on your products and the shoppers who turn up.

Liability & conduct

  • You're responsible for your own booth: your products, your displays, your equipment, and anything that happens within your space or with your customers.
  • Security is on site during market hours, but merchandise is left at your own risk. Faithfully Her Boutique isn't responsible for theft, loss, or damage to vendor property.
  • You agree to hold Faithfully Her Boutique and its team harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of your participation in the market.
  • Any employees or helpers working your booth are yours — including their taxes, withholding, and any workers' compensation coverage.
  • Children must stay with their parent or guardian at all times.
  • No pets and no smoking anywhere on the premises.
  • We may photograph or film the market, including your booth and products, and use those images to promote this and future Faithfully Her events.
  • We reserve the right to decline future bookings from any vendor whose conduct at the market is inappropriate.

On the day

Can I set up on the morning of the market instead of the day before?

Setup is the day before, in the load-in window you are given. If something makes that impossible, email us in advance rather than turning up on the morning — you still have to be fully set up and staffed 30 minutes before doors, and there is no time to build a booth in that window.

Can I leave my stock overnight between setup and the market?

Yes — that is the point of setting up the day before. The building is secured overnight. Take anything irreplaceable home with you anyway.

How much time should I allow for load-in?

Give yourself more than you think. You will be carrying from the lot, and the last hour before doors is the busiest time in the building. Vendors who arrive at the start of their window have a far calmer morning.

What if I sell out before the end of the day?

Stay open anyway. No early teardown — a half-empty room in the last hour is unfair to the vendors beside you and to shoppers who came late. Sold-out is a nice problem; leaving early is not.

Who do I call on the day if something goes wrong?

Email VeronicaMiner@Faithfullyherboutique.com, and we will be on the floor throughout. Raise anything about your space at setup rather than after doors open, when it is much harder to move things.
