Buying tickets
Is it cheaper to buy online than at the door?
Yes — $7 online against $10 at the door, and you walk straight in rather than paying at the entrance.
How do I show my ticket?
On your phone. Nothing needs printing, and if you cannot find the email we can look you up by the name and address you used at checkout.
Can I buy several tickets in one go?
Yes — set the quantity before checking out and they all come back on one confirmation. You do not need a separate ticket per person in your group at the door.
What if I buy a ticket and then bring a toy anyway?
Then you have donated a toy and supported a veterans' charity in the same trip, which is no bad outcome. Entry with a toy is free, so if you know you will bring one there is no need to buy ahead.
Do children need a ticket?
No. Children get in free.
Are tickets refundable?
Admission is a few dollars and is donated to charity on your behalf, so we do not process refunds on tickets. If you cannot make it, pass it to someone who can.
