Faithfully Her Christmas Market

First Time Here?

A short guide to Saturday, November 14, 2026 — what to expect, when to turn up, and what to have with you.

  1. 1

    Before you come

Buy online at $7 — it's cheaper than the door and means you walk straight in. Or bring a new, unwrapped toy and get in free.

  2. 2

    When to arrive

Doors are 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. The first hour is the calmest and the tables are full; late morning is the busiest stretch. If you want room to browse and talk to makers, come early.

  3. 3

    What to bring

A tote for what you buy, and some cash. Most vendors take cards but smaller makers are quicker with cash, and nobody can make change for you during the market.

  4. 4

    How long to allow

An hour is enough to walk the whole room. Two or three if you want to actually talk to people, which is most of the point.

  5. 5

    Bringing kids

Children get in free and the market is family friendly. It's indoors, one level and step-free, so strollers are easy.

  6. 6

    On the way out

Your admission covers the whole day, so you can step out for lunch and come back in.

What your ticket actually does

All entry fees will be directly donated to the Birdwell Foundation for veterans with PTSD. All toy donations will be donated to the Deer Park Fire Department. So the cheapest way in is also the one that puts a toy under somebody's tree.

More on giving back

Your first visit

I have never been to a vendor market. What is it actually like?

One indoor room with rows of booths, each run by a different small business. You walk round, browse, and buy directly from whoever made it. Nobody works on commission and there is no pressure to buy — most vendors are happy to just talk about what they make.

Do I need to buy anything?

No. Plenty of people come to look, and there is no minimum spend. Browsing is normal and expected.

How much money should I bring?

That is entirely up to you, but bring a mix — most vendors take cards, smaller makers are quicker with cash, and nobody at the market can make change.

Will it be too crowded to enjoy?

Come in the first hour and it will not be. Late morning is the busiest stretch. Because it is indoors on one level, even at its busiest you are not queueing outside.

Can I come on my own?

Yes, and many do. It is a small enough market that browsing alone is comfortable rather than conspicuous.
